The municipality of Tyros lies in the coastal province of Kinouria in Arcadia, at the south east Peloponnese between mount Parnonas and the Myrtoon sea. From the Athens International Airport a private taxi can be arranged for your transportation, upon your request. Otherwise you can take the Athens airport bus route X93 towards the K.T.E.L Peloponnese central bus station.
From the Piraeus Port a private taxi can be arranged for your transportation, upon your request. Otherwise you can take the Athens Metro line 1, exit at Omonoia station and from there take the bus route 051 towards the K.T.E.L Peloponnese central bus station.
Using the Intercity Bus Routes of K.T.E.L Arcadias, the long distance bus network of Greece. There are 3 daily routes from Athens to Leonidion.
There is currently no route from Athens to Peloponnese by train.
From Athens you follow the Moreas motorway, connecting Athens-Corith-Tripoli-Kalamata. Initially you take the national highway from Athens to Corinth (E65), Corinth to Tripoli (E65) and exit the motorway at Kombos Sternas. Then follow the road towards Argos, Astros and Leonidion.
